PLANTING THAT BELONGS

A successful planting scheme should feel completely at home in your garden. I consider the aspect, soil, light and conditions alongside the wider garden design, selecting plants that will thrive as well as work beautifully together.

DESIGNED FOR MORE THAN COLOUR

Structure

Plants and trees that give the garden shape and definition throughout the year.

Seasonal interest

A changing combination of colour, texture and form as the seasons move.

The right plant, the right place

Plants selected for the conditions in your garden, from light and soil to moisture and exposure.

Privacy and purpose

Thoughtful planting can provide screening, shade and privacy as well as making the garden more beautiful.

HORTICULTURE HAS ALWAYS BEEN PART OF MY STORY

I grew up around my family's wholesale nursery in South Africa, so plants and horticulture have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Combined with my garden design training at KLC, that experience allows me to consider planting as an integral part of the design from the very beginning.

PLANTING THAT COMES TO LIFE

Thoughtful planting changes how a garden looks and feels throughout the seasons. Explore some of the gardens I've designed and see how planting brings structure, softness and character to the finished space.
